About the Role
You will diagnose and repair vehicle hardware and system issues, coordinate repairs and upgrades, and improve manufacturability and serviceability. You will oversee hardware inspections, develop documentation and verification plans, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
- 6+ years of experience in autonomous vehicles, automotive, or a related industry

Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement of a customer-facing product
- Coordinate complex repairs and upgrades
- Own Design-for-Manufacturing and Serviceability feedback
- Oversee hardware quality inspections and resolve manufacturing and build issues
- Develop vehicle and subsystem BOMs, documentation, and verification plans
- Diagnose and repair hardware and system issues
- Assist technicians and create repeatable auditable documentation
- Maintain and enhance fleet standards
