About the Role

You will automate and operate trading-platform infrastructure, provide production support, monitor system health, resolve incidents, and participate in on-call rotations. You will improve deployment speed and latency, maintain security controls, manage service requests and issue priorities, and build monitoring, reporting, and release-automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage systems, infrastructure, and applications through automation
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, efficiency, and latency
  • Provide operational support for internal platform users
  • Practice incident response and blameless postmortems
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and serve as an escalation contact
  • Implement infrastructure security practices
  • Monitor and resolve system-health and performance issues
  • Manage user queries, service requests, and production incidents
  • Manage trading-support initiatives including monitoring, reporting, and release automation
