About the Role
You will manage export and import authorizations for regulated hardware, technical data, software, and services. You will implement trade-compliance procedures, maintain licensing records, guide stakeholders on compliance matters, assess exemptions, and monitor regulatory policy changes.
Requirements
- University degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree and 2+ years of experience
- Experience with EAR and/or ITAR licensing and compliance frameworks
Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, submit, and manage export and import authorizations
- Implement trade-compliance procedures for visitor vetting, foreign travel, and restricted-party screening
- Provide actionable compliance guidance across business units
- Maintain accurate records of State and Commerce Department license activity
- Ensure export authorizations meet company and U.S. Government requirements
- Apply corporate trade-compliance policies consistently
- Evaluate the applicability of exemptions and exceptions
- Monitor export-authorization policy changes and maintain compliance awareness
