About the Role
You will lead the hacks intelligence function and contractor team, run incident responses, coordinate internal and customer communications, and ensure hack data is complete and timely. You will trace stolen funds, develop AI-assisted analysis workflows, publish technical hack analysis, and create approaches for identifying vulnerable contracts before exploitation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or related experience
- High-stakes incident-response experience
- Blockchain tracing experience across BTC, EVM, TRON, and Solana
- Knowledge of bridges, cross-chain swaps, mixers, DeFi, and exchange exploits
- Applied AI fluency and experience validating AI-assisted workflows
- Experience managing contractors or leading a small team
- Clear technical and executive communication
Responsibilities
- Lead hack incident triage, coordination, communications, and post-incident reporting
- Ensure major hacks are visible to customers within hours
- Maintain complete and accurate hack data
- Design systems for tracking stolen funds and downstream attribution
- Build AI-assisted tools and agents for hack analysis and response with human quality control
- Root-cause major hacks and publish technical analysis
- Develop approaches to identify vulnerable contracts before exploitation
- Manage a small contractor team
