Senior Technical Recruiter – Engineering

About the Role

You will build a high-velocity recruiting engine and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering roles. You will design interview processes, configure ATS workflows, source and engage passive candidates, conduct recruiter screens, analyze recruiting metrics, and provide data-driven feedback to hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill technical roles using sourcing tools and market research
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics conversion rates and market data
  • Ability to quickly learn new roles and adapt in a fast-paced high-growth environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with hiring managers
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset
  • AI fluency and ability to apply AI to accelerate recruiting workflows
  • Availability to maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours
  • This role may be required onsite in San Francisco up to 3 days per week
