About the Role

You will bring structure and execution rigor to fast-moving engineering work. You will drive end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives across backend services, infrastructure, and consumer-facing features. You will own timelines, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned. You will design and implement processes and tooling that provide visibility without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. You will translate product vision into actionable engineering scope, set standards for documentation and decision records, and communicate clear status updates, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership and cross-functional partners. As the function grows, you will help hire, mentor, and develop other program managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical program or project management
• Experience at early-stage startups scaling engineering teams
• Experience in consumer fintech or trading platforms
• Track record of building program management processes from scratch
• Technical depth and ability to read specs and discuss architecture
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Linear or Notion
• Experience at prediction markets sports betting platforms or trading exchanges (plus)
• Crypto or DeFi familiarity including blockchain mechanics (plus)
• Smart contract exposure and ability to scope contract work or audits (plus)
• Background in market microstructure liquidity systems or order matching (plus)
