About the Role

You investigate a novel AI computing architecture across rack-scale and data-centre systems. You design experiments, benchmark AI workloads, analyse hardware and software interactions, and develop tooling and automation to collect, analyse, and visualise system metrics. You communicate findings clearly and collaborate across engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Use Python for tests, task automation, data analysis, or engineering tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity-driven approach to investigating complex systems
  • Explain technical findings clearly using accurate and reproducible evidence
  • Work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate across engineering teams
  • Experience with AI workloads, benchmarking, systems architecture, parallel and distributed computing, automation, containers, or modern orchestration infrastructure is valuable

  • Investigate a novel AI computing architecture under real-world workloads
  • Design experiments and benchmark representative AI workloads
  • Explore hardware and software interactions at scale
  • Develop tooling and automation to collect, analyse, and visualise system metrics
  • Communicate system behaviour, performance, scalability, and reliability findings
