About the Role
You will lead the technical design and delivery of Gusto’s Commerce Platform. You will own architecture for product catalog, promotion, subscription, and entitlement systems; drive platform adoption; deliver complex projects; improve observability and reliability; support incident response; mentor engineers; and partner with marketing and business teams on commerce tooling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years in a tech lead or staff engineer role
- Mastery of at least one programming language
