About the Role
Build AI agent governance capabilities across major AI platforms while extending identity governance functionality. Develop scalable Java applications, monitor AI agent health and security, implement authentication and authorization controls, troubleshoot customer issues, and document architecture and operational practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of Java application development
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented design
- Experience building scalable, distributed, and resilient applications
- Strong experience with Gradle
- JVM tuning, memory management, and application optimization
- Concurrent programming, multithreading, and synchronization
- Debugging with logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and profiling tools
- Software design patterns, automated testing, and system integration
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
- Experience with Identity Governance, AI agents, MCP, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

- Prototype and evaluate AI agent frameworks
- Use AI coding assistants and agentic development tools
- Enhance identity governance functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Monitor AI agent performance, usage, operational health, and security
- Implement authentication, authorization, and least-privilege controls
- Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and compliance
- Evaluate AI agent platforms and governance technologies
- Document architecture and operational procedures
