About the Role
You will work across gameplay capture, hooks, encoding, and game integrations. You will design maintainable solutions, establish engineering guardrails and best practices, improve the recorder codebase, and help other engineers contribute safely and confidently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of C# experience in performance-critical contexts
- Experience designing and architecting maintainable systems
- Experience creating interfaces, testing, code review standards, and documentation in existing codebases
- Understanding of Windows
- Experience profiling and improving production code performance
- Experience with A/B testing and usage metrics
- Ability to work in the New York City office five days per week
- Passion for gaming communities and familiarity with Discord
Responsibilities
- Develop software for gameplay capture, encoding, recording, and game integrations
