About the Role

You will lead the technical direction for AI-driven security operations across offensive and defensive functions. You will conduct security research, build intelligent defensive systems, identify emerging attack patterns, and translate threat intelligence into proactive architectures. You will set technical standards and mentor security engineers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of security engineering experience across offensive and defensive security
• Experience with red teaming, penetration testing, application security, vulnerability management, incident response, detection engineering, and threat intelligence
• Demonstrated impact using AI in security operations
• Technical leadership at the Senior Staff, Principal, or Distinguished level
• Deep application security expertise
• Cloud infrastructure security proficiency, preferably AWS
• Experience with telemetry, observability tooling, and large-scale detection pipelines
• Executive-level and technical communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Operations AI roadmap for offensive and defensive operations
• Lead offensive security research to identify and close critical attack surfaces
• Architect and build intelligent defensive systems that detect, deceive, and track threat actors
• Drive AI-forward security architecture for automated adversaries
• Translate emerging AI threat intelligence into proactive defensive architectures
• Set technical standards and mentor security engineers
