About the Role
You will create PCB layouts from initial placement through production. You will prepare fabrication and assembly files, manage vendor DFx reports, collaborate on electrical, mechanical, and thermal requirements, and manage external PCB layout contractors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Experience with Altium
- Experience designing power converters from 10W to over 1kW
- Experience with flex, rigid-flex, and HDI designs
- Experience with DFx and designs for ICT and FCT
- Knowledge of rule-based design, including creepage, clearance, and high-speed rules
- Experience designing for EMI and EMC
- Experience selecting materials and stackups
- Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals
