About the Role

Join Ripple's delivery team to lead implementation of payment solutions with customers and partners worldwide. The role accelerates product fit, drives market traction, facilitates rollout, and supports the deployment of transformative financial technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT/software experience.
  • Experience delivering software solutions with major global organizations and industry groups.
  • Ability to enable real-world global use cases with new technologies and innovative thinking.
  • Strong understanding of network principles and design, including financial services networks.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, challenges, and technological advancements affecting Ripple and its customers and partners.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.
  • Experience leading customer and partner software integration engagements as the organization's go-to person.
  • Proactive leadership style with the ability to generate energy and momentum.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues across network, database, and application levels.
  • Hands-on software development experience, ideally writing production code.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring products and features to market and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Handle mid-sized customers and partners independently.
  • Serve as the functional and technical specialist for customers, partners, and Ripple.
  • Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
  • Break down project objectives and guide internal and external resources through execution.
  • Own the delivery lifecycle from training and meetings through configuration testing and launch support.
  • Guide customers and partners to maximize implementation benefits.
  • Travel to customer and partner locations when work-related travel resumes, approximately 20–30%.
