About the Role
You will build distributed training frameworks for research and production, profile runtime and memory, and identify technologies that improve training and inference. You will work with researchers and ML engineers on resource usage, develop CUDA and deployment techniques, and improve tooling and dashboards.
Requirements
- MS/PhD or a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of industry experience in Computer Science, Robotics, or a similar technical field
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust
- Experience with PyTorch or Jax
- Experience profiling CPU and GPU code with PyTorch Profiler and NVIDIA Nsight
Responsibilities
- Build standardized distributed training frameworks for research and production
- Profile model runtime and memory to identify performance bottlenecks
- Evaluate emerging technologies for training and inference frameworks
- Design CUDA kernels, quantization-aware training, and compilation or deployment techniques
- Work with researchers and ML engineers on optimal resource usage
- Create and improve tooling and dashboards
