About the Role
You will research, analyze, and publish intelligence on environmental-crime networks and associated financial flows. You will conduct on-chain and OSINT investigations, support partners, manage the United for Wildlife program, organize working groups, inform product development, and build AI workflows for intelligence analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, financial crime, illicit finance, blockchain intelligence, or transnational threat investigations
- Knowledge of wildlife trafficking, environmental crime, transnational smuggling, or an adjacent illicit-trade domain
- Experience independently conducting multi-source investigations and producing source-cited intelligence
- OSINT methodology and tradecraft proficiency
- Experience using commercial databases and investigative tools
- AI and LLM fluency for research, analysis, reusable workflows, and output evaluation
- Partner-program ownership, stakeholder communication, briefing, and facilitation skills
- Commitment to learning blockchain tracing and TRM tooling
Responsibilities
- Research, author, and publish environmental-crimes intelligence products
- Maintain a reusable environmental-crimes threat picture
- Investigate wallets, entities, and off-ramps using on-chain, OSINT, and partner data
- Produce source-cited targeting packages for investigations
- Manage the United for Wildlife partner program
- Organize cross-sector and cross-border disruption sprints and working groups
- Brief stakeholders and represent TRM at external events
- Turn field needs into product feedback and prototype analysis capabilities
- Build AI workflows for signal processing, target selection, and drafting
