About the Role

You will resolve complex customer escalations beyond operational runbooks. You will diagnose production issues, develop diagnostic tools and workarounds, lead root-cause analysis, translate recurring issues into product requests, and document platform knowledge for operational teams.

Requirements

• 5 to 9 years of infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or SRE experience.
• Experience with high-performance computing or large-scale AI stacks.
• Kubernetes cluster administration and scheduler internals experience.
• Experience orchestrating GPU workloads and diagnosing failures with ROCm or CUDA.
• Knowledge of RDMA, RoCEv2, SRIOV, BGP, and switch telemetry.
• Linux kernel networking, hugepages, cgroups, and OS-layer debugging expertise.
• Python and Ansible proficiency.
• Strong technical communication with engineering leadership.
• Customer-facing engineering experience is preferred.
• Experience in high-uptime 24/7/365 environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex escalations through code-level debugging and architectural investigation.
• Partner with customer technical leads to diagnose production issues.
• Develop diagnostic scripts and workarounds.
• Own end-to-end P1 resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Convert recurring customer pain points into feature requests.
• Document platform behaviors and refine operational runbooks.
