About the Role
You will lead technical sales engagements, assess customer architectures, design GPU cloud solutions, and create proposals and architecture diagrams. You will run proofs of concept and benchmarks, guide AI and ML workload design, provide networking and storage guidance, represent customer feedback internally, create technical enablement materials, and lead workshops.
Requirements
- 8+ years designing, deploying, and scaling enterprise cloud infrastructure
- 4+ years in solution architecture, solution engineering, or a technical customer-facing role
- 3+ years architecting and deploying cloud AI or ML workloads
- Experience with NVIDIA GPU architectures, PyTorch, NeMo, vLLM, and TensorRT-LLM
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, SLURM, Terraform, and Ansible
- Knowledge of InfiniBand, RoCE, distributed file systems, security, and cost optimization
- Programming experience with Python, Go, or C/C++
- Experience supporting complex cloud deals and presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Experience mentoring junior solution engineers or architects
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to lead complex technical sales deals
- Evaluate customer architecture and design end-to-end GPU cloud solutions
- Author proposals, architecture diagrams, bills of materials, and rack elevations
- Design, execute, and deliver proofs of concept and prototypes
- Run training and inference benchmarks
- Guide AI and ML lifecycle architecture and inference optimization
- Provide networking, storage, and cluster topology guidance
- Channel customer feedback, product gaps, and feature requests to Product and Engineering
- Create technical enablement assets and lead customer workshops
- Represent the organization at technical events
