About the Role

You will capture and verify end-to-end system requirements for Hivemind Vision Systems and integrated autonomy solutions. You will develop system architectures and MBSE models, document system behavior and interfaces, improve modeling tooling, and work with engineering and program stakeholders to evolve systems engineering processes.

Requirements

  • 7 years of systems engineering or related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5 years with a Master's degree, 2 years with a PhD, or equivalent practical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
  • Experience writing, structuring, and verifying requirements
  • Experience with MBSE and system-modeling workflows
  • Experience working on cross-functional technical teams
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and apply engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, parts lists, wiring diagrams, and schematics

Responsibilities

  • Capture end-to-end system requirements for Hivemind Vision Systems and integrated autonomy solutions
  • Support system architecture design across perception, autonomy, and mission workflows
  • Use MBSE tools to maintain and extend architecture models
  • Develop and maintain UML, SysML, and UPDM models
  • Create SysML models for system decomposition, functional flows, interfaces, and system behavior
  • Improve tooling, automation, and connections between system models and codebases
  • Support systems engineering process evolution
  • Engage with product management, program management, engineering, and business development
  • Report status, risks, accomplishments, and expectations to leadership
