About the Role

You will build integrations, automation, and a unified monitoring dashboard for global infrastructure operations. You will connect monitoring and SIEM platforms, automate alert routing and escalation workflows, maintain visibility during tool transitions, and document routing systems and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Platform Engineering or similar domains
• Expertise in NMS platforms, Grafana, and SIEM environments
• Understanding of the existing monitoring ecosystem, infrastructure stack, and operational procedures
• Experience building complex integrations using Python and RESTful APIs
• Experience creating dashboards with Kibana, Power BI, or similar tools
• Knowledge of ITSM workflows, Jira, Mattermost, and incident metadata mapping
• Experience in 24x7 global NOC/SOC environments and multi-provider datacenter logistics

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering alert streams and determine integration strategies using webhooks, APIs, or native connectors
• Develop a notification layer for high-priority events
• Align automated routing logic with escalation and resolution protocols
• Engineer on-call notification workflows that support acknowledgment SLAs
• Architect a single-pane dashboard aggregating monitoring across providers
• Define visualization project scope with leadership
• Manage side-by-side operations of legacy and modern tools during the transition
• Integrate health and performance metrics into executive reporting
• Document routing systems and dashboards
