About the Role

You will design, train, fine-tune, deploy, and maintain vision, vision-language, and vision-language-action models. You will build data pipelines, supervised fine-tuning workflows, evaluation frameworks, and deployment infrastructure. You will optimize models for embedded hardware, assess performance and failure modes, and translate machine-learning research into reliable perception capabilities.

Requirements

• 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4 years with a Master's degree, or 2 years with a PhD
• Machine-learning fundamentals
• Experience training and deploying production computer-vision models
• Understanding of 3D vision algorithms
• Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Expertise deploying models using TensorRT and ONNX
• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, train, fine-tune, and maintain vision, vision-language, and vision-language-action models
• Build scalable data pipelines, supervised fine-tuning workflows, and evaluation loops
• Deploy and optimize machine-learning models for embedded hardware
• Apply machine learning to perception and autonomy problems
• Translate machine-learning research into production-ready capabilities
• Develop benchmarks, testing methodologies, and evaluation frameworks
• Improve training infrastructure, developer tooling, deployment workflows, and model lifecycle management
