About the Role
You will design, implement, and maintain scalable brokerage systems and services. You will develop Go and React applications, integrate third-party vendors, improve support for multiple markets and currencies, collaborate across regions, troubleshoot incidents, and help maintain reliable systems during regional business hours.
Requirements
- Experience designing scalable software systems
- Proficiency in Go or similar backend languages
- Strong software architecture and computer science fundamentals
- Experience with event-driven design
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and troubleshoot incidents
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with financial systems is preferred
- Experience with trading platforms or brokerage systems is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design scalable brokerage systems
- Develop backend microservices and React interfaces
- Integrate third-party vendors
- Improve support for multiple languages currencies and markets
- Collaborate with technical leads across regions
- Troubleshoot incidents and software bugs
- Lead regional incident response
- Participate in on-call support when required
