About the Role
You will design scalable test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines across simulators, emulators and hardware. You will create ML workloads, analyse execution results, improve testing tools and architecture, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Python software development skills
- Software design and architecture skills for complex codebases
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing systems in Linux environments
- Familiarity with C or C++
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence engineering practices
- Ability to solve complex problems and drive improvements
- Legal right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Design production-quality test infrastructure
- Architect scalable test frameworks
- Build CI/CD pipelines across simulators, emulators and physical hardware
- Create representative machine learning workloads
- Analyse workload execution and improve testing tools
- Improve software architecture and developer experience
- Identify testing gaps and drive improvements
- Mentor junior engineers
- Use code and design reviews to strengthen quality, security and maintainability
