About the Role
You will design, implement, test, and document a collective communication simulator for AI hardware. You will analyse network parameters, implement communication algorithms, resolve complex issues, integrate hardware capabilities, collaborate on new features, work in a Scrum team, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- C++ software development experience
- Python and C experience
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
- Knowledge of multithreading and inter-process communication
- Experience with Boost.Test or Google Test
- Proficiency with CMake, Make, and Ninja
- Understanding of version control systems
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and document the Collectives Simulator
- Collaborate with other teams to design, implement, and test new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure integration of new hardware with the existing AI ecosystem
- Participate in Agile development as part of a Scrum team
- Lead development efforts
