About the Role
You will lead the design and implementation of generative AI workflow systems, architect and scale LLM agents, guide technical direction across backend and frontend systems, design systems that learn from feedback and usage data, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience delivering complex systems in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
- Expertise in algorithms, distributed systems and software design
- Strong communication and cross-functional influence
- Experience solving high-variance or unstructured problems
- Background in mathematics, physics, systems engineering or another technical domain
- Experience with AI/ML tooling and LLMs
- Proficiency with TypeScript or similar languages
Responsibilities
