Fairmint is an SEC-registered transfer agent that brings private equity on blockchain. The platform enables founders to issue tokenized equity, manage cap tables using the Open Cap Table Format standard, and raise capital from investors through compliant offerings. Investors hold equity directly in their wallets, sign agreements digitally, and fund investments via bank transfer or stablecoins. You will build scalable production features with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL; use AI-assisted development tools; design AWS infrastructure; collaborate across product, legal, and finance; ensure security and regulatory compliance; contribute to architecture decisions; and mentor teammates on AI-assisted development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Advanced skills in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS Lambda and Amplify
- Record of delivering production systems in fintech or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Solidity, DAML, or Bedrock is a plus
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools daily
- Based on the US East Coast or France
- Availability for regular team meetups in NYC
- US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or French Citizen
