About the Role
You will support partners integrating Near Intents while contributing to core product development, including new features, system stability, technical initiatives, developer enablement, and ecosystem feedback.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English
- Mid-to-senior level technical expertise in software engineering
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Proven technical experience working on blockchain-related products
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and communicate solutions clearly
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Developer Relations, DevOps, GCP, Kubernetes, distributed systems, observability, monitoring, reliability engineering, HFT, mathematics or physics experience are advantageous
- Rust knowledge is helpful but optional
Responsibilities
- Support ecosystem partners and strategic clients integrating Near Intents
- Design technical integration approaches and solve implementation challenges
- Troubleshoot issues across APIs, SDKs, transaction flows, and partner systems
- Reduce onboarding friction and shorten partner integration timelines
- Identify recurring blockers and improve product readiness with internal teams
- Develop and improve the core product, including features and stability enhancements
- Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for partners, developers, and ecosystem teams
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize integration improvements
- Provide insights from partner conversations and adoption patterns
- Help shape developer experience and external technical positioning
