About the Role

You will build cloud infrastructure products that enable application deployment and scaling. You will design and implement scalable distributed systems, identify bottlenecks, optimize critical paths, and develop monitoring and alerting. You will improve infrastructure utilization and costs through provisioning, autoscaling, scheduling, and data lifecycle strategies. You will participate in an on-call rotation and work with Linux internals.

Requirements

• Experience with platform-as-a-service, distributed storage, or information retrieval systems
• Experience designing scalable architectures and optimizing systems for latency or cost
• Ability to solve complex problems pragmatically
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Ability to work across layers of the stack
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to work with Linux internals

• Launch cloud products for application deployment
