About the Role

You will build platform and backend systems across recording, integrations, and AI agents. You will own key features from architecture through implementation, deployment, and support; design scalable services for real-time sales-conversation processing; maintain system health; and improve engineering practices and tooling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Work in the New York City office 3+ days per week
• Demonstrate proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, API frameworks, and cloud platforms such as GCP
• Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build platform and backend systems across recording, integrations, and AI agents
• Own end-to-end development of key features from architecture through implementation, deployment, and support
• Design and build scalable backend services for real-time processing of sales conversations
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices
• Partner with product and design to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions
• Evolve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling
