About the Role
You will design, build, and operate internal AI-powered tools and platform capabilities that help non-engineering teams automate workflows. You will translate ambiguous operational needs into durable software, define safe infrastructure constraints, partner with security and infrastructure teams, and own systems from implementation through rollout and improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and operating production systems
- Experience building internal tools, platforms, or workflow software
- Strong product judgment and communication in ambiguous spaces
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools, agents, or automation
- Experience with developer tooling, internal platforms, or infrastructure-adjacent systems
- Experience with authentication, service accounts, constrained runtimes, or internal security boundaries
- Experience building products for non-engineering users
- Exposure to agentic workflows, automation, or AI-enabled internal applications
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate internal tools and platform capabilities for non-engineering workflows
- Translate ambiguous internal pain points into durable software products
- Define authentication, runtime, storage, deployment, and maintenance constraints
- Balance flexibility with clear boundaries between internal tool surfaces
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and internal stakeholders to ship reliable production systems
- Own implementation, rollout, support, and iterative improvement
