About the Role
Own the design and delivery of polished, performant, production-grade user-facing experiences for AI products. Lead frontend standards, mentor engineers, use AI-assisted tooling, and contribute to backend services and technical direction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend specialization.
- Expert-level React and TypeScript skills with strong UX, performance, and accessibility judgment.
- Fluency with AI and agentic coding tools and demonstrated efficient delivery.
- Leadership experience setting standards, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions.
- Record of shipping high-quality production frontend systems at scale.
- Working proficiency in Go or ability to become productive quickly.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomous prioritization, customer empathy, and proficient English.
- Fintech, fraud, compliance, risk, or regulated-systems experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own accessible, performant user-facing features in React and TypeScript.
- Set frontend technical direction and quality standards while mentoring engineers through code reviews.
- Use AI and agentic development tools to accelerate delivery and establish best practices.
- Build and extend Go backend services and APIs as needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver new product experiences.
- Contribute to product and technical roadmaps and engineering culture.
- Create and maintain user-facing technical documentation.
