About the Role
You will own the implementation and continuous improvement of AI agents for enterprise customers. You will solve complex customer-interaction challenges, identify cross-customer trends, evaluate text and voice models, and integrate them at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming
- Ability to investigate system failures across deep technology stacks
