About the Role
You will work with security experts to analyze cloud application logs and security events, detect and respond to intrusion activity and attacks on cloud APIs, build detection and monitoring pipelines, handle incidents, and investigate suspicious activity using blockchain and Ethereum protocol knowledge.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience developing and deploying security analysis such as intrusion detection and log analysis.
- 2-5 years of experience with detailed Ethereum blockchain protocol and transaction knowledge.
- Proficiency in Python programming and GitHub-based version control.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and incident handling.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to reach consensus security solutions.
- Nice to have Solidity smart contract experience.
- Nice to have SQL dashboarding and analytics experience.
- Nice to have experience deploying to containerized environments via CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Analyze logs and security events from cloud applications.
- Detect intrusion activity and attacks on cloud-deployed APIs.
- Develop and deploy security analysis and detection systems.
- Create dashboards and analytics for monitoring.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement security fixes.
- Apply blockchain and Ethereum analysis to security investigations.
- Deploy detection code to containerized environments via CI/CD.
