- Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance concurrent systems
- Tokio proficiency

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize low-latency mission-critical trading systems
- Own key trading stack components from architecture through production operation
- Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve trading performance and resilience
- Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure for performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence
- Troubleshoot production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling
- Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows and automate operational tasks
- Evolve agentic engineering tooling
- Contribute to functional, component, and production-readiness testing
