About the Role
You will build and maintain backend systems, including networking, node software, client software, and supporting infrastructure. You will design and implement proving workload orchestration across distributed prover machines, contribute to protocol design throughout the software development lifecycle, provide hands-on technical co-leadership, and help onboard new engineers.
Requirements
- Proven production experience with Rust and async programming using Tokio.
- Experience with backend blockchain node and client software and supporting infrastructure.
- Knowledge of HTTP and WebSocket RPC APIs.
- Familiarity with the EVM ecosystem and leading Web3 tooling.
- Demonstrated success launching greenfield projects from scratch.
- Track record on high-performance teams with strong execution culture.
