About the Role
You will architect, build, document, test, and iterate on robotic-factory software. You will develop perception, motion-planning, and controls software, contribute to low-level robotics software with a focus on correctness and safety, and control industrial automation hardware.
Requirements
- Be an experienced Python developer
- Use at least one lower-level language such as C++
- Have experience with real-time, embedded, or robotics software
- Develop performant software
- Write clean code and documentation
- Test software and use version control and CI
- Be based in or relocate to the SF Bay Area
- Work 4–5 days per week from the San Leandro HQ
- Travel approximately 10% to solar construction sites
Responsibilities
