About the Role
You will lead research and engineering initiatives that improve conversational AI capabilities in production. You will build end-to-end models and pipelines, integrate models into production systems, and turn ambiguous research ideas into iterative milestones and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 4+ years of AI/ML engineering or research experience
- Experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production
- Fluency in Python and modern ML tooling
- Experience with training, evaluation, and data pipelines
- Track record of taking research ideas from prototype to measurable production impact
Responsibilities
- Lead research and engineering efforts to improve instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion
- Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines
- Partner with platform and product engineers to integrate models into production
- Break down research ideas into iterative milestones and roadmaps
