About the Role
You will prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements. You will support capital-markets and strategic-finance projects, coordinate audits and external advisors, prepare regulatory reports, harmonize accounting policies, assess accounting-standard changes, write accounting memos, and improve internal controls, financial processes, and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related financial discipline
- Wirtschaftsprüfer, AICPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with all examination sections passed
- 3–5 years of audit experience at an international Big Four firm or relevant Group financial reporting experience at a multinational listed company
- Experience with listing or major capital-markets audit projects and internal-control systems or audits
- Fluent English communication and ability to review and draft complex English audit and financial documents
Responsibilities
- Support strategic finance and capital-markets projects
- Prepare audit working papers, financial materials, and due-diligence responses
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements
- Prepare and file periodic Group financial reports
- Coordinate external auditors, tax advisors, and other advisors
- Harmonize accounting policies and assess accounting-standard updates
- Prepare accounting memos and treatment recommendations
- Optimize internal controls, financial processes, and policies
