About the Role
You will provide strategic regulatory advice, lead engagements with regulators and auditors, and identify regulatory obligations and integrity risks. You will translate obligations into policies and procedures, represent regulatory interests in workstreams and products, and establish strategies that support compliant growth.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in a commonwealth jurisdiction
- 10+ years of regulatory or legal experience in payments, financial services, or fintech
- Knowledge of payments, financial services, or fintech
- Analytical, strategic, and pragmatic thinking
- Experience managing internal stakeholder, regulator, or supervisor relationships
- Residence in Singapore
