About the Role

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical research and engineering positions. You will partner with technical leaders on hiring strategies, source and engage candidates, build long-term talent pipelines, improve interview processes, and use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting highly technical roles in AI, machine learning, robotics, or research-driven engineering
• Technical sourcing skills
• Experience building talent pipelines in competitive markets
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, AI-enabled sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems
• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve processes
• Clear communication and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical AI, machine learning, robotics, and software engineering roles
• Partner with technical leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, AI-powered sourcing tools, conferences, academic networks, referrals, and outreach
• Build long-term pipelines for research-oriented talent
• Develop relationships with universities, research labs, academic programs, and student organizations
• Support recruiting for product, go-to-market, and operations roles as needed
• Improve interview processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
• Maintain accurate Greenhouse data and use recruiting metrics to improve decisions
• Communicate technical challenges and culture to candidates
