About the Role

You will define quality gates and testing methodologies used across the engineering organization. You will partner with engineering teams to integrate developer-level testing early in the development cycle and move testing toward shared ownership. You will select, implement, and maintain testing infrastructure and tools to enable scalable, unbreakable software. You will strategically identify and deploy AI tools and agents to automate repetitive testing tasks and eliminate manual bottlenecks. You will collaborate with technical leadership and Client Delivery Leads to prioritize testing during project planning and ensure testing meets high-security compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven software quality assurance experience in a high-growth technical landscape
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior engineers and maintain credible technical feedback loops
  • Proactive use of AI agents and automation to optimize the QA lifecycle
  • Familiarity with high-security standards such as CJIS, CMMC, or SOC 2
  • Ability to balance rigorous standards with the agility expected at a ~100-person company

Responsibilities

  • Own testing infrastructure including selection, implementation, and maintenance of testing tools
  • Identify and implement AI tools and agents to automate repetitive testing tasks
  • Drive QA excellence by collaborating with technical leadership and Client Delivery Leads to prioritize testing during project planning
