About the Role

You will own the end-to-end quality of mobile and web applications. You will perform functional, regression, and integration testing, create and maintain regression test cases, and monitor production to detect and address live issues. You will triage and analyze bug reports, validate implementations against design mockups, collaborate with Support and Design, hunt for vulnerabilities and abuse vectors, and review specs to surface risks and edge cases early.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance for mobile or complex web applications
• Practical experience with blockchain products such as wallets, transactions, and dApps
• Proactive mindset with a product-focused approach and attention to user impact
• Experience testing cross-platform applications
• Experience collaborating with Customer Support teams to triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues
• Ability to validate implementations against design mockups and ensure UI/UX consistency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with production monitoring tools to detect, analyze, and respond to live issues

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve overall product quality
• Monitor product health and detect user‑critical defects before they escalate
• Champion UI/UX quality and collaborate with Design to ensure UI/UX consistency
• Benchmark competitor products and adopt proven user flows
• Partner with Support to triage user reports, prioritize issues, and communicate resolutions
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure release quality
• Identify, log, and analyze bugs with clear reproducible steps, impact assessment, and environment details
• Create and maintain regression test cases
• Hunt for vulnerabilities and abuse and fraud vectors and verify protective controls
• Review specs and planned features to surface ambiguities, risks, and edge cases and drive clarification
