About the Role
You will define client solution needs and lead the delivery of complex enterprise and institutional solutions. You will own the delivery lifecycle from solution shaping and planning through implementation, go-live, and steady-state operations. You will translate requirements into executable delivery plans, manage multi-workstream programs, allocate resources, coordinate vendors, track milestones and budgets, and mitigate risks. You will work directly with clients and with Solution Architecture, Integration, Product, and Engineering to validate feasibility and ensure operational readiness, testing, handover to operations, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs. You will provide executive reporting, represent delivery in steering committees, and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise delivery leadership, program management, or project management
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or technology infrastructure environments
- Proven success delivering large-scale, complex, multi-system solutions and multi-workstream programs
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Product, Integration, and external partners
- Deep understanding of solution delivery governance, dependency management, risk control, and operational readiness
- Experience with cloud, hybrid deployments, DevOps, and CI/CD-driven execution
- Familiarity with agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- Languages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French highly preferred; Italian a plus
- Location: Switzerland with focus on Zurich and Geneva
Responsibilities
- Build and lead high-performing delivery teams
- Own end-to-end solution delivery for complex enterprise and institutional engagements
- Define solution scope, timelines, costs, dependencies, and risks with clients and commercial teams
- Plan and manage multi-workstream delivery programs with governance and reporting
- Act as senior delivery authority and escalation point for assigned programs
- Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Product, Integration, vendors, and client teams
- Manage resource allocation, vendor coordination, milestone tracking, and change control
- Ensure operational readiness, testing coordination, go-live planning, and handover to operations
- Ensure delivered solutions meet contractual, regulatory, and operational commitments
- Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, and outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tooling, and execution practices
