About the Role
You will build product security across SaaS offerings by conducting security code reviews, penetration tests, threat modeling, and secure design reviews. You will ship fixes into product repositories, add security automation to CI/CD pipelines, secure internal AI platforms, and participate in on-call incident response.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of application security engineering experience
- Code in Java, TypeScript or JavaScript, Python, or Go
- Perform deep code review, write proof-of-concept exploits, and contribute fixes to product repositories
- Build security automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct penetration testing of production SaaS applications
- Identify and remediate OWASP Top 10 web application vulnerabilities
- Secure internal AI and LLM platforms and coding agents
Responsibilities
- Build product security with product and platform engineering teams
- Drive security code reviews and custom penetration tests for product launches
- Provide security reviews and guardrails for internal AI platforms and coding agents
- Create threat models, secure design reviews, and static and dynamic code analysis across the SDLC
- Build security automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in an on-call rotation for high-severity production security incidents
