About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing games that have already reached millions of players globally. You'll be empowered to define the product vision, own the roadmap, and drive performance across retention, monetization, and user satisfaction. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, use data and experimentation to optimize features, and help plan and execute LiveOps strategies including events, seasonal updates, and new content releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role in the gaming industry
- Self-starter who is energetic, confident, adaptable, and player-focused
- Experience supporting or owning live features for mobile games—rhythm or hybrid-casual titles a plus
- Demonstrated use of data, experimentation, and player feedback to boost product engagement or monetisation
- Ability to produce wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user-interaction diagrams (Figma, Miro, etc.)
- Comfortable querying and visualising data to answer product questions
- Solid Agile/Scrum skills: you write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria and can guide a sprint from planning to release
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong problem-solving and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools to boost productivity and creativity
- Passion for music and rhythm games
- Understanding of F2P economies, core-loop and progression design, and live-ops best practices
Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for key features or game areas, ensuring alignment with product goals
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage the backlog to prioritize the highest-impact features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure features are implemented on time and at a high quality
- Work closely with the Product Manager to shape the overall game vision and strategy
- Contribute to designing innovative gameplay loops, hybrid monetization systems, and engagement mechanics
- Act as a mentor to Junior Product Owners and other team members, providing guidance and support
- Use analytics and player feedback to inform decisions and optimize features for retention, engagement, and monetization
- Collaborate with the analytics team to design and evaluate A/B tests for new features and updates
- Identify key metrics and set success criteria for features and updates
- Help plan and execute LiveOps strategies, including events, seasonal updates, and new content releases
- Partner with marketing teams to align player acquisition and retention initiatives with product goals
