About the Role
You will own the developer facing platform including REST APIs and SDKs You will define standards for naming versioning and error handling You will collaborate with the Head of DevX to ensure documentation onboarding flows and tooling reflect best in class developer standards You will collaborate with Payments and Compliance PMs to translate complex financial flows into clean developer primitives and you will engage with game developers and partners through the sales and onboarding cycle You will run structured pilot programs with early partners collecting real integration feedback and identifying friction points before they become blockers You will define and track platform health metrics including adoption activation time-to-first-transaction integration success rate API reliability and revenue impact You will navigate stakeholder environments across engineering compliance legal sales and fellow PMs building alignment without losing momentum
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of commercial APIs or SDKs that drove real adoption and revenue
- Strong opinions about API design including idempotency error handling versioning and onboarding experience
- Experience with payments or financial infrastructure at the API layer and understanding of transaction flow
- Commercial instinct to think about adoption revenue pricing and what makes an API worth paying for
- Familiarity with gaming and how in game payments work
- Technical credibility with engineers and ability to read an API spec and engage on architecture decisions
- Ability to work within a platform structure and treat integration points as a first class concern
Responsibilities
- Own the vision roadmap and execution for the developer facing platform with a focus on shipping quickly iterating often and a bias towards impact
- Define and evolve REST APIs and SDKs used across mobile PC and web with API standards including naming conventions versioning idempotency backward compatibility deprecation strategy and error handling
- Partner with the Head of DevX to ensure documentation onboarding flows and tooling reflect best in class developer standards
- Collaborate with Payments and Compliance PMs to translate complex financial flows into clean compliant developer primitives
- Engage directly with game developers and partners throughout the sales and onboarding cycle
- Run structured pilot programs with early partners collecting real integration feedback and identifying friction points before they become blockers
