About the Role
You will define product direction for engineering-heavy platform capabilities supporting device fleet stability, testing, release, observability, certification, and security readiness. You will set priorities and metrics, improve release safety and automation, guide monitoring and certification tooling, and connect platform work to payment and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software delivery, testing, observability, and release processes
- Experience with technical platforms, infrastructure, developer tooling, reliability products, or device platforms
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
- Ability to build product management for a technical area
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap for fleet stability, testing, release, observability, certification, and security readiness
- Build a broader vision for device fleet stability and reliability
- Establish users, outcomes, priorities, trade-offs, and measurable impact for the product area
- Own product direction for emulators, robot testing, and hardware-in-the-loop infrastructure
- Provide tools based on user workflows, pain points, and release risks
- Own release and rollout infrastructure, including staged rollouts, release signals, and rollback tooling
- Make device fleet release processes safer, more automated, and more predictable
- Drive monitoring and fleet health insights
- Shape pre-certification tooling, capacity, and strategy
- Collaborate with Security, Certifications, Engineering, Product, and vendor-facing teams
- Define metrics for product stability, launch quality, release confidence, and adoption
- Align the roadmap with Payments and company strategy
