About the Role

You will own product across a developer data platform, including real-time streaming, historical data, RPC infrastructure, APIs, webhooks, and developer tooling. You will shape the roadmap, pricing, packaging, guarantees, and developer experience. You will work directly with customers, use the products hands-on, write specifications and decision memos, support enterprise deals, and drive launches, documentation, migrations, and product communications. You will track adoption, usage, reliability, churn signals, and revenue while establishing lightweight product processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with technical, developer-facing products
  • Engineering experience and working coding ability
  • Technical depth in distributed systems, throughput, backpressure, and delivery guarantees
  • Professional crypto or blockchain product experience
  • Experience serving demanding technical customers
  • Track record of owning adoption, revenue, or retention outcomes
  • Pricing experience for usage-based infrastructure products
  • Written communication skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously as the primary product voice

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap across the developer platform
  • Spend time with customers to understand their architectures, latency budgets, and product needs
  • Use products hands-on and contribute code through prototypes, integrations, issue reproductions, and developer tooling
  • Track competitors and translate insights into positioning, pricing, and build-or-kill decisions
  • Define delivery semantics, ordering, SLAs, and performance, cost, and simplicity trade-offs
  • Write specifications and decision memos for staff-level engineers
  • Own platform pricing and packaging, including enterprise deals and usage-based models
  • Drive launches, documentation, migration guides, changelogs, and developer communications
  • Track adoption, activation, usage growth, churn signals, reliability SLOs, and revenue
  • Build and refine lightweight product processes
