About the Role
You will join a corporate strategy team navigating a complex and evolving global regulatory environment, applying your engineering background and product expertise to align technical capabilities with market demands. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and data analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery across domains. You'll drive product development end to end, guide the roadmap with strategic priorities, balance user needs with regulatory compliance, and use data to maintain a competitive product edge.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
- Experience in shipping and iterating on software or financial products
- Expertise in navigating complex environments and transforming challenges into scalable solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of Crypto Custody and Wallet management
- A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions
- Strong ownership with a focus on getting things done autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions and improve products
- The ability to collaborate well with designers and engineers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Experience in blockchain is preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive product development from conception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and legal
- Oversee and guide the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact
- Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind
- Champion a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with regulatory compliance and risk management
- Deliver detailed product requirement documents and design; propose implementation plans; iterate on feedback; and ship products promptly
- Act as a key decision-maker in defining product requirements and specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver tangible value to users
- Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
- Analyze product performance data, create product competition analysis, market research, and maintain the product's competitive advantage
