About the Role

You will lead high-impact product initiatives and design features that convert casual users into loyal customers. You will own and evolve growth and monetization strategies across subscriptions, ads, and partnerships. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and partnerships to ship consumer experiences, and use behavioral psychology and experimentation to optimize user journeys.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product Management preferably in high-scale B2C mobile apps
  • Proven success driving growth and monetization
  • Deep understanding of gamification habit loops and user motivation mechanics
  • Fluent in metrics such as LTV ARPU retention curves funnel conversion and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Curious independent mindset comfortable with experimentation
