About the Role
In this role, you will spec, build, and maintain professional-grade applications. You will also drive ambitious product initiatives, which may include entirely new product lines, from inception to completion. This includes handling the full lifecycle: specification, architecture, implementation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building user-facing software products with high quality and well-documented production code
- Experience building great UX with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React + TypeScript
- Ability to work across the product engineering stack
- Ability to make informed product decisions based on relevant business context
- Deep respect and empathy for users
- A demonstrated track record of high agency, willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas, and a team-first attitude
- Passion for decentralized finance
- Experience working with blockchain technology, specifically Solana
- Interest in quant trading or fintech
- Product design or product management experience
