Requirements
- 3+ years building user-facing software products with high-quality documented production code
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Product design experience
- Product management experience
- Ability to work across the product engineering stack
- Ability to make informed product decisions using business context
- Deep respect and empathy for users
- Demonstrated high agency and willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas
- Passion for decentralized finance
- Preferred experience with Solana
- Interest in quant trading
Responsibilities
- Spec and design product features
- Build and maintain professional-grade user-facing applications
- Drive product initiatives from inception to production
- Design software architecture and implement solutions
- Write well-documented production code
- Implement testing and monitoring for production systems
